Organisation Structure
This set of questions is about the type of organisation you are.

This can be an approximate date, to the nearest month and year.

(£)
This fund limits the income for applicants to under £2 million. If your income was above this threshold you will be disqualified.
Organisations that have managed grant funding of this size and complexity are more likely to be invited to put forward a full application for Lead the Change funding.  Please use the following two boxes to provide information about your organisation's experience in handling larger grants.

FTE
We understand that staff numbers can change and that many organisations have a mix of part-time and full time staff. Please give us the approximate 'full time equivalent' number that you currently have.

It is useful to tell us if you have your own governing documents.

Project: Where
We are a place-based funder and where your project takes place is  always important to us.  This fund will only consider work based in one or all of Aldershot, Portsmouth or Southampton

Project Summary
Please tell us about what you would use this funding for.

Please provide a brief description of your organisation's proposed project here.

In particular include how young people will be involved in design and delivery; how the project would link to contextual safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches; and how you incorporate youth voice in your overarching approach.

At this stage, we do not expect a lot of detail or evidence.  This will be sought at the next phase if you are selected.

When answering this question you may wish to consider:

- why your project is needed in this area and with your target young people;

- what you will do (eg workshop sessions, group activities, outreach);

who the specific demographic you are trying to reach will be.

Supporting Documentation
All grants made by HIWCF need to meet minimum "due diligence" requirements.  If you are invited to submit a full proposal, we will ask for the following documentation to assure ourselves that your organisation has in place the policies and practice that will ensure the smooth running of grant funded work.

Each of the following documents will required and you will not be able to submit your application without attaching these core documents.

Please confirm that you will be able to submit the following:

- Your Governing Document - eg constitution or or "Mem and Arts"

- Your most recent set of accounts (last published financial year)

- Your safeguarding policy

- A recent bank statement (less than three months old and in your group's name)

- A list of Board / Management Committee members - at least three of which need to be unrelated and not living at the same address

- Your Equalities / Equity policy (as it relates to your work as a whole, including staff, Trustees,  volunteers and clients)

If you are invited to submit a full proposal, we may also seek other documentation as part of our assessment process.

Please contact us if you have any questions about these, or are having any technical issues uploading documents.
